ALTAR FLOWERS - This week’s altar flowers are given by Zachmans in celebration of Curt and Abby’s birthdays. We thank them for beautifying our worship space with this thoughtful gift.
SIGN UP TO ORDER POINSETTIAS FOR CHRISTMAS- Bring the beauty of Christmas to your home! Poinsettias are available for $10 each. Sign-up sheets are located at the Welcome Center. Last day to sign up will be Dec 10th.
SKY RANCH FUNDRAISER NIGHT - Join us at Culver’s Fort Collins on Tuesday, December 2nd from 5:00–8:00 p.m. for a fundraiser supporting Sky Ranch Lutheran Church. 10% of all sales during this time will be donated to the church. Come enjoy a meal and help support our community!
SHALOM – SEEKING PEACE, FINDING HARMONY:- SKY RANCH ADVENT RETREAT - Dec 5–7 at Sky Ranch for the “Shalom” Advent Retreat. Pause, reflect, and prepare your heart for Christ with worship, activities, and fellowship in the mountains. $125 per adult/child; 4 & under free. WOMEN’S MINISTRY ADVENT TEA - Our Women’s Ministry Advent Tea November 30th - 2pm -4pm - at the Church. We are looking for 5 volunteers to host a table—you or a friend can decorate for 5–6 people with a Christmas theme, simple or fancy. If you’re not hosting, please consider bringing a tea-type pastry, finger sandwich, dessert, or fruit. Tea, cream, sugar, and hot cider will be provided. ANGEL GIFTS DONATION DRIVE 2025 - LFSRM is spreading holiday cheer to newly arrived families through its annual Angel Gifts Donation Drive! Help provide toys, coats, and household items to those in need. Sign up for a family, purchase their gifts, attach the provided tag, and drop off donations on December 11, 2025, from 9 AM to 4 PM at 3001 8th Ave., Suite 100, Evans, CO 80620. LONGEST NIGHT SERVICE -MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 6:00 PM - A quiet, reflective service for those experiencing grief or hardship during the holiday season. All are welcome.
CHRISTMAS EVE WORSHIP TIMINGS - Celebrate the joy and wonder of Christ’s birth with us this Christmas Eve. Worship services will be held at 3 PM and 5 PM. Come and experience the music, message, and candlelight as we rejoice in the gift of Jesus. All are warmly welcome!

HABITAT BUILD DATES & LUNCH VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - Upcoming Habitat build dates are ; November 22, 2025;& March 14, 2026. Spirit of Joy is also scheduled to serve lunch on Saturday, October 18, 2025, and volunteers are needed to help with the meal. SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER FOR SUNDAY FELLOWSHIP TIME. Would you like to bring in treats for our Spirit of Joy community and help serve our congregation? Sign up to help with Sunday fellowship time here. Fellowship volunteers bring treats for serving after our 9:30am Sunday worship service. They prepare coffee and set out the coffee and tea service, and serve and refresh coffee and treats after the service. Finally, they clean up the kitchen at the end of fellowship time. Thank you so much for volunteering for this ministry!

OFFICE HOURS. The Spirit of Joy office will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Office Administrator will be available remotely from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays and may be reached at office@sojoyfc.org. The office will be closed Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
